Commission are for personal use  only unless agreed otherwise beforehand. The commissioner is allowed to reproduce them for personal use but never for commercial use. Commissioner can not sell nor make profit out of the artwork.

If the commissioner intent to use the piece for commercial use, extra charges or royalties will apply.

The artist has the right to refuse any order for any reason.

The artist reserves their full rights on the art piece unless the artist and the commissioner agreed otherwise.That means:

- (1) The artist may record the process of the piece and post it on their various social media,

- (2) The artist may be able to publish or display it in any media

- (3) Commissioner cannot claim credit for the artwork. They must credit the artist.

If the commissioner has a specific deadline in mind, they should include it in the email. If there is no exact deadline, the exact date of the artwork's completion will depend on the circumstances of the artist.

Paying means you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The commissioner will have a maximum of 4 changes during the early sketch/color sketch stages of the piece.

Major edits at the rendering phase will cost more. The price depends on the detail and difficulty of the revision.

Payments will be made through Paypal and should be in USD. 

No refunds will be made once progress is underway.

Partial payment is the default unless the client wants to pay in full upfront. Partial payment will follow the 50/50 process. First half will be paid upon completion of the sketch. The second half will be paid upon completion of the piece.

It takes to finish  a commission varies 1 week – 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, education, other work and other reasons.

If anything happened that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, the artist will let you know as soon as possible.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (4k +) as a digital copy sent through email or discord. Note that there is no physical product.

Background: Simple (free), or scenery (additional charge)

References/Description: props, poses, backgrounds, characteristics/personality traits

Private or Commercial: if you commercial we need to disscuss more details.

Reasonable deadline (if any): If the deadline is tight, there will be additional fees.
